ISLAND SAUSAGE WAS FOUNDED IN 2019 BY HONOLULU RESIDENT, TERRENCE ENOMOTO. HE FOUND HIS PASSION FOR COOKING WHILE WORKING UNDER A FEW OF HAWAII’S TOP CHEFS. BRANCHING OFF FROM COOKING HAWAII REGIONAL CUISINE (HRC), HE FOUND HIS LOVE FOR SAUSAGE MAKING. HE DECIDED TO HONE HIS SKILLS BY WORKING AT A LOCAL BUTCHER SHOP, WHERE HE LEARNED MANY INVALUABLE TECHNIQUES IN CRAFTING SAUSAGES.
DRIVEN BY PASSION AND THE ARTISTRY OF SAUSAGE MAKING, HE TOOK A LEAP OF FAITH AND CREATED HIS OWN COMPANY. BY TAKING WHAT HE LEARNED FROM PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCES AND HIS COOKING REPERTOIRE, HE HAS CREATED MANY DIFFERENT PREMIUM FLAVORS.
