A full share fresh harvest consists of 8 - 10 different vegetables, roots, leafy greens, and occasionally fruit items such as curly or dino kale, carrots, our signature baby salad greens mix (OKGs), beets, leeks, radishes, a variety of fresh herbs, collard greens, fennel, braising mixes, eggplant, green onions and seasonal fruits. A full share fruit box consists of 12 - 15 pieces of fruits based on the season including mango, coconut, papaya, apple banana, orange, tangerine, lemon, lime, jabong/pomelo, calamansi, grapefruit, starfruit, dragon fruit, star apple, chico (sapodilla), egg fruit, lychee, longan, rambutan, lilikoi, soursop, jabuticaba and avocado. In 2017, Kahumana launched its Farm Hub with the mission to connect local growers with local markets. The hub provides fruits from over 100 small farmers and backyard growers on the Leeward Coast of Oahu.
